Upon availability and receipt of booking request, we will issue an invoice and payment is by electronic fund transfer (EFT)

Bookings are not confirmed unless and until a Deposit is received.

Payment Terms

• Where accommodation is booked less than 60 days prior to the start of the Booking period, 100% of the Accommodation Fees will be payable at the time of Booking.

• Where accommodation is booked greater than 60 days prior to the start of Booking Period

  • 50% of the Accommodation Fees (Deposit) upon requesting a Booking; and

  • Balance of the Accommodation Fees (Final Payment) 60 days prior to the start of the Booking period.

Cancellation policy 

• If cancelled 60 days or more prior – 50% of the Accommodation Fees;

• If cancelled less than 60 days prior – 100% of the Accommodation Fees
